First Access — DEOS™

How Structured Access Works

DEOS does not offer open registration. Access is structured, verified, and governed. This page explains what DEOS is, who it is for, and what happens when you submit an access request.

What DEOS Is

DEOS — the Diaspora Economic Operating System — is a governed economic infrastructure layer. It manages how diaspora-linked actors discover, qualify for, and engage with structured economic opportunities in target corridor countries.

DEOS is not a marketplace. Opportunities are not freely browsable. Visibility is access-state-dependent. Every action in DEOS is governed, logged, and auditable.

The 5-Stage Access Process
01
Understand the System

DEOS is a governed economic operating system. It is not a marketplace or a generic platform. Access is structured, verified, and controlled. Read this page fully before submitting a request.

02
Submit an Access Request

If you believe you qualify, submit a structured access request. This is an operational object — not a contact form. You will need to provide your identity, economic intent, role type, country, and sector.

03
Receive a Reference Code

After submission, you receive a reference code. Keep it. You will use it to track your request status and sign in once your actor record is created.

04
Operator Review

Your request is assigned to an operator for review. The operator verifies your identity, intent, and qualification. This is not automatic. Review timelines depend on operator capacity.

05
Actor Record Created

If approved, an actor record is created in DEOS. You can then sign in, view your pathway, and begin the governed progression toward opportunity visibility.

After Approval — What You Can Expect
Actor Record: A governed actor record is created. Your identity state, role, and operator scope are set.
Pathway Formation: A pathway is formed from your access request. It tracks your progression toward opportunity visibility.
Signal Collection: The system collects required signals — identity, intent, qualification — to confirm your readiness.
Controlled Opportunity Visibility: Once your pathway reaches Exposure Ready status, scoped opportunities become visible. Not all opportunities. Only those matching your corridor, sector, and operator scope.
Governed Engagement: Engagements are initiated under operator governance. They are not self-initiated.
Access Criteria
Diaspora Connection

You must have a demonstrable diaspora connection to the target corridor country.

Economic Intent

You must have a clear, stated economic intent — investment, trade, services, or development.

Role Qualification

Your role type must match an active DEOS pathway: investor, entrepreneur, professional, or institutional actor.

Sector Relevance

Your sector must align with an active corridor in DEOS Phase 1.

Operator Availability

An active operator must be available for your corridor and sector combination.
